Sunday, December 09, 2007/ 9:14 PM Wow. I should say that this 2 weekends was spent totally with my beloved cousins. COUSINS DAY! Yesterday was with my cousins from my mum's side. Then today, my cousins from my dad's side. I should say that this is one of the wonderful weekends i have ever had. Cos its like not always i get to go out with BOTH sides of my cousins. Anyway, i just reached home. Okie not really just, 15 mins ago, after i bathed. I'm damn tired i tell you. Wondering if i have the strength to think for tmr. I'm blogging now cos my uncle wants my email so that it will be easier for him to send the overdue-d raya pics to me. But it turned out to be that i misplaced his name card. And i don't know how to get back to him. Maybe i should ask my dad later. Alright. Today was Kak Effa's engagement day! Congrats Kak Effa! Moga2 bahagia slalu dan murah rezeki yea?! Btw she's my one and only malaysian cousin. So my family and aunt's family (dad's side) went to Johor today to witness the ceremony. Not a rather posh one because it's only a small ceremony, where only close relatives were invited. Afterall, it was only an engagement, not a wedding. Woke up quite early (taking into consideration of what time i slept yesterday night). Met my cousins (2 of them) and aunt to go Johor together at 1015am. Was so lucky that custom was not as much people as we have expected. And it there wasn't any traffic jam. Only rain. -.-. Reach there quite early, although we were lost finding their house. The ceremony started at 230pm, while we reach their house at 1130am. So during that waiting time, we celebrated people's arrival and also munched on some food (which is YUMMY!) Then Kak Effa arrived. PRETTY, after make-ups and all. (pics will be shown later) So yea, all the religious blessings and doas were done. (: After that picture time!   The soon-to-be bride! (she's more pretty in real life & she's my cousin!)  Sisters. (my cousins too!) Blue one's younger, bride - elder. (:  Siblings. (all 3 are my cousins!) pink - youngest.  My one and only Malaysian relative! And that's the whole family! (the dad is my father's brother!)  The wedding gifts! (in malay, hantaran lah. Dunno the direct translation)   The engaged, sweet couple! (:  Sisters in action bebeh! (my aunt's side).  This was anyhow taken. Some's my dad's side whereas some's my mum's side. (the flowery one is my MUM! =D)  This is my second closest cousins and aunt! =x (first one is cousin from my mum's side).  Them. Okie done. After that picture taking, we (as in my family and the 2nd closest aunt and cousins) made our move. Cos my dad's working overtime tonight. So yea, we left early. But before that we went to City Square Shopping Mall! Wohoooo. Shopping timeeeeee. Bought myself a: Black cardigan. (which i had difficulty choosing between the checkered ones and the black one). Striped hoodies. (this decision making was easy because one was way more expensive (but almost the same design) than the striped one). Billabong black shorts. (most expensive). Cousin bought a puma sling bag, which i feel was nice. Actually mum wanted to buy my small bro a billabong backpack for school, but he insisted we should not waste money. In other words, he was indirectly trying to say something to me. Like wth larh. I only go shopping once in a while. And i buy these things not to be a fashionista or what. It's for SCHOOL! I'm in poly okie. -.- Lucky after that we were okie. Or else, WW3. Immediately rushed home after that. We were rushing for time. But unfortunately, Malaysian custom was jammed with people! Oh My God. UNCOMFORTABLE + HOT! It's like there is no proper arrangement to queue up. Luckily we managed to pull through. And we were like talking about how lucky we are to be in Singapore. Clean and organized (let's not get to the kiasu part). And homed after that. Now its 1010pm. I took 30 mins to blog. Geee. Look how LONG this entry is. At least there's pics, not all words. Well, hopefully there'll be more cousin events going on. THEY'RE FUN! And oh. So much for wanting to re-watch heroes and the movies which i have gotten from mas' hardrive. I got no time for them!
